I just have wondered if anyone knows him. I've never exactly had a problem with him, but we were walking in the forest a couple months ago and ran into him, and he just kept talking to my toddler, and then he came around and cut us off so he could meet up with us again. And I've run into him a few times since. Maybe he's just kind of off. I don't know. Or maybe he's just lonely, but on an instinct level he really bothers me. I really get sex offender vibe. He never has said a word to me or my husband, but he always stares at and talks to my daughter. Anyway.... A heads up for parents, or if someone knows him and can tell me I'm totally off....

ah yes...in fact i was there the other day and he only talked with my children...then the womyn behind us, smae thing only to her toddler boys. you can go to the sex offender website and maybe that would have some info.....i went there once a coupla years back. 16 registered in arcata at that time. there were 36 in mckinleyville and over 130 in eureka. crazy. actually i just posted a similar post about another ify guy and people went wild and wanted me to delete the post. trippy. anyhoo, i say go with yer gut all ways and things will be fine.

you guys are dicks for picking on some random violin guy. Ever think maybe its his passion maybe he lives in a small space so he cant play at home ....and maybe he just likes talking to people. Sometimes when I bump into adults they're so boring I ramble on to their kids, sometimes kids have more insight to the world than adults...but flat out callin someone a chilli mo is whack. Judge yourself before others.

Ok, my question is this: If he's so darn nice, then why is he banned from MOST of the establishments in town and has to ask other people to go inside and buy things for him? The general thing I've heard is he flips out and that's why he's been banned.
I'm sorry, he gives me the way schizo vibe and since this thread started when I've asked him to please leave me alone because I don't want to be his go between for a store he's gotten pretty upset with me. So I was obviously wrong about him being harmless.
I've been harassed by enough crazy folks in this town. This is the only place I've ever been where tweakers and schizos get more respect than normal people, and there are enough of them around that they gang up on you. It's messed up and I'm personally sick of it. I've had panic attacks after being harassed by people like him and been persecuted for it when it was MY safety being compromised. I've had transients threaten to slash my tires if I didn't buy them donuts. Maybe these are reasons why we're all so negative about people who bother us in public like this guy does.
