For those of you adventuring to Earthdance this weekend, come join me in an ecstatic awakening of yoga play to start your day Saturday 26, 2009 8-10am in the Purple Star tent. Accessible to all and specifically intentioned for all levels of practice...
Join me and breathe real big, explore motion and pranic energy flow and open into the integral creative consciousness we recognize in each other and cultivate within ourselves. Together our hearts and spirits will grow brighter and brighter as we celebrate our individual uniqueness and full expression within our unifying breath. Come Unity!
It is my pleasure and honor to share yoga with you as we align to our deepest intentions and prepare the body to dance, dance, dance! to the collective pulse of our earth's precious beat. When the body is open and tensions are released, the mind settles down and we truly can relax into our authentic selves; calling presence into play and reflecting the compassionate light of love for each other and mirroring it for ourselves. Only when we take the opportunity to truly treat ourselves well can we then go out and treat others well...with the unfolding realization that we are not separate.
I will be facilitating a multi-level hatha flow class with modification options for healing support and deepening your practice. Remember... no experience, flexibility or strength required... the intimacy of your yoga, your unifying connection with your body, mind, and spirit is a personal practice and the sequencing, breathwork and relaxation are available to all. If you are healing and working with an active injury, perhaps arrive a little early to connect with me before we get going... it is my utmost intention as a facilitator to keep you safe in your practice and play.
