Arcata

Arcata, California is a unique city located in a time warp just outside the Twilight Zone. Home to Humboldt State U, it is north of Eureka about 10 mi., and is known for its radical politics, the Co-op, the Plaza, and as a fun place to live. This tribe is meant to be the electronic version of the Co-op's "ride board" where one can post classifieds, network, or make a political statement.
